Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $42.84 - $46.76 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
